Last year I saw this Usher special where he brought Beyonce out and basically had a rendezvous on stage with her. I thought to myself, “damn Hov needs to control his chick man, this is no good”.
Then today a friend of mine was telling me about an episode of Christina’s Court she watched earlier. The case was pretty much about a man who married a centerfold and then grew to dislike and dissaprove of her profession. When he saw the poses she was doing and the outfits she wore, he would become furious and big fights would ensue.
The question my friend posed to me is simple: Can a guy realistically be with a woman who has a career that involves her revealing herself whether partially or fully? Can it workout long term or will he eventually grow tired like the guy from Christina’s Court?
Now everyone who knows me knows I have a slight obsession for Bria Myles. If I marry her, would I be comfortable with the kind of magazines she does? the answer is nope!!!!!! Hell nah I won’t. This aint Pretty Woman. I might catch some heat for this and be called a hypocrite but I happen to be a man with pride. I’ve seen to many dudes lose going this route. Can’t have dudes singing “I Love Your Girl” wherever we go.
The big excuse is usually that “you knew what I did when you met me”. My answer is simply “I didn’t know we would get married when I met you. Now please change your ways. Thanks”
LOl reality is this world is filled with mostly insecure women AND men…so even those who don’t admit to having a prob. with it probaby do/would…
Sooner or later, it all falls down (literally) and ur wife post-gravity will have to find a decent profession or lucrative lifestyle that wont involve her scrippin or showing her ass…that’s when youll prob. be most at ease with the relationship…

Well, well, well…it appears to me that men hold the same insecurities women do!
It reminds of women who get with these dudes they KNOW are no good, but think they got the magic power (or pussy)to change him lol…it’s best to just avoid the situation altogether, but everyone thinks they got super powers (I definitely use to be this person)!
Instead of spending time and energy trying to turn a bad thing into a good one, don’t even put yourself in that situation to begin with…whether it be centerfold or Jimmy the playa’.
Some things are just much better to look at than to touch

Yep I totally I agree…that’s what I was getting at…it’s like the good guys (and gals) always want to fall for the bad apple…maybe it’s the excitement or thrill or sex…idk…but that thrill (no matter which of the three it is) definitely wears off QUICK!
And it shows a lack of maturity on Plain Jane (Joe’s) part when they choose an appeal to vanity over personality.
Meaning, that ‘thug appeal’ that I once found appealing a couple years back definitely is a HUGE turn off now…as I matured(and continue to) I feel that looks are only a small part of the equation….now of course I can’t have no huntchback of notre dame lookin’ dude missing all of his teeth, BUT I’m more concerned about what someone can offer mentally than physically…when back then, now that I look back, it was vice versa…which showed my lack of maturity.
I can’t speak for everyone,
But I think the main reason why plain jane and joe fall for bad ass is because of lack of maturity; which is a problem that can be 1000 % avoided if people stop hooking up with people for the wrong reasons.
And I concur…Jimmy and centerfold are PERFECT for each other
